Technical Analyst/SharePoint Support
Day-to-day work activities include:
  • Provide technical analysis/modeling support.
  • Create basic Use Cases and Process Flows.
  • Design and write SDLC documents, especially Requirements documents, Technical or Functional Specification documents, and User manuals.
  • Provide basic SharePoint site administration, including usage monitoring/reporting and Tier 1 user support.
  • Provide basic SharePoint design services such as modification/build/ configuration of SharePoint libraries and listsh .
  • Participating in various progress meetings with customers.
  • Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
  • 3 + years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational abilities
  • Background in and understanding of SharePoint within the context of an enterprise-level content management system
  • Basic understanding of and experience with Information Architecture and Content Management concepts
  • Proven background in business process reengineering and technical application analysis
  • Fully understand SDLC
  • General knowledge of SharePoint site administration processes.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NETand relational database management systems is a plus
  • Basic understanding of mainframe, distributed computing, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
  • Knowledge of Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Process Workflows
  • Knowledge of Section 508
  • MS Office proficiency (specifically Word, Excel, and Visio)
  • Bachelors or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
