Desktop Support Engineer

Our practice team will be responsible for multiple tasks related to infrastructure and support including builds, rollouts, upgrades and installations within a Windows environment. We are seeking professionals with a strong acumen for customer service with the technical abilities to work within a structured and task focused environment.

Typical profiles have had the following expertise:

* 2-5 Years experience in Windows Administration, Desktop Support, Migration/Upgrade project work or other related areas

* Previous experience working with Windows 7 or XP

* Experience working with and within Active Directory

* Capable and comfortable working in the registry

* MS Office support (2003/2010)

* Browser based trouble ticketing systems

* Cabling, wiring and asset management

* Strong customer service background

* SharePoint user experience would be a plus

* Any telecom equipment experience would be a plus

* A+ Certification highly desired

* Any MS Certification highly desired
