AHLTA Field Engineer/Project Manager
Successful candidate will monitor and facilitate troubleshooting of AHLTA issues in the field working with the Tier-3 vendor, DISA, SPAWAR, and EI; candidate will monitor system response times, work with vendor to mitigate enterprise-level sub-par performance and one-off anomalies; will interface with tri-service representatives and assist the Government with hardware technical refresh design, planning, and deployment management . Candidate will engage in the development of project plans including application development strategy, configuration management, change management, transition, training, deployment, and sustainment plans. Candidate will proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and engage in other engineering duties as assigned. Successful candidate will be have exceptional attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills. Must have the ability to travel 10-25% of the time. Experience with AHLTA, AHLTA-T, CHCS or other Military Healthcare Products, specifically components deployed in the field is preferred.
